Adidas x Rebecca Salvadori - Not Running

A first of it's kind for adidas, a 40 minute experimental documentary by artist-filmmaker Rebecca Salvadori.

Part essay film and part site-specific live performance without an audience, Not Running examines how sound, light and physical exertion recalibrate our sense of duration and self. Originally conceived as a reflective running workshop, the film brings together runners, musicians and artists to explore how sonic and light environments reshape our perception of time and identity when running.

Featuring light installations by light artist Charlie Hope, a score by Sandro Mussida, and live performances by multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Coby Sey, drummer Akihide Monna (Bo Ningen) and opera singer Olivia Salvadori.

Commissioned by adidas and produced independently of an agency or commercial production company, we pitched, produced and delivered the project end to end, including a launch event at Berlin's Feuerle Collection.
